A new way to make meat safer & tastier

Select

We start with obtaining muscle tissue and fat tissue from a healthy animal. These small tissues contain millions of cells, and we pick the best ones that can make delicious meat. Just like picking the best beans for the perfect coffee!

Grow

Cells grow in a sterilized cultivator, which looks like a beer fermentation tank, feeding on nutrients such as sugars, salts, vitamins, and amino acids. Over the next four weeks or so, as the number of cells increases, they grow into the muscle and fat tissue that make up meat.

Assemble

We remove the muscle and fat tissue from the cultivator, both of which have grown like well-cooked spaghetti. We then shape them into meat tailored to your favorite cuts and marbling.

Enjoy!

Grill, fry, or steam it.
Cook however you like.
